How to make menu url open in a new tab or window?

  Hi,
  
  under Appearance > Menus section you have Link target option for each menu item where you can set an option to open menu items in new window. For more details about wp menus, please visit https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide

  I was actually looking for that, unfortunately im not able to see it. I only have the mega menu checkbox, url, label and the conditional menu plugin I added. Anyway here's the screenshot.

  oh I got it. it's on the screen options. 
  Now Im facing a new problem. how will I be able to specify the link new window/tab size?

  To open link in new window, you need to use Link target option just as we told you above already so we do not understand your question now.
