Not able to add more than 10 sections

Hello - I keep losing sections wheever the page or post is too long.

The max_input_vars = 1000

But my hostgator can't seem to increase it.

I have created a Php.ini file in the root and public html folder and even in the admin folder for the actual theme but my system status does not change when I paste max_input_vars = 1000

Please advise.

Hi,

this sounds like you are unable to save the content only because of the limits on your server side. More details about that you can read in the following topic http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7689/muffin-builder-items-or-page-options-can-not-be-saved-max-input-vars but to increase this value, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider.

Yes I spent a longtime with hostgator to get them to increase the value - they say they have but my system status still shows 1000 - can you help?

Sorry but we do not understand how can we help you? As we told you above already, if the problem is related with the limits on server side, only your admin or hosting provider would be able to increase such limits.

Thanks - can you help me if I supply my password to my FTP/ wordpress site?

I have already asked my host to adjust the settings - they say they have but nothing has changed. Perhaps they do not know where to make changes.

Did they really? Please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file and we will verify if they increased it.
