Ok, you're right. So after further investigation, we realized the problem is related with the custom css we gave you in other topic and the only solution to avoid this is to remove the css we previously gave you because we do not have other suggestion or solution.

that's really sad, because the theme needs a setting where on mobiles the related products are in two columns/ there should be setting option in the backend to set the number of columns for the related products. which CSS code shall i remove, the one you gave for mobile or the desktop one?

You need to remove the css with those 3n+1 and 4n+1 responsible for related products.
