Hey!

so im struggling with created like a Featured blog post section.. all the rest of the layouts work fine.. but when its 1 post viewable in PHOTO(horizonal image) layout it auto left justifies.. how could i set the featured image on a certain blog section to be centered?

As we can see, the image is not wide enough and that's why it's left aligned. To center such image, you need to use the following css:

.photo .post-photo-wrapper { text-align: center !important; }

I have input that in the custom CSS field and nothing happened...

Please, do never do this that way. Did you read info next to this field? This field is reserved for class names but the custom css as above, need to be put under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.
