and also, i am having a problem with one of my sections. i cannot align the column and it appears on my ipad device, that it is overlapping on the other wrap. any advice please. thank you in advice guys!
the background you are talking about is a css background and such elements are not responsive and never wasn’t. This has completely nothing to do with the theme and it’s a technical problem between css and being responsive.
In reference to your second question, this looks just the way you did it and we do not see anything wrong there. The content on responsive devices is being read from the left to right by rows/wraps. And because the whole content on the right is not in one wrap, in place where the image on the left ends, the content from the right goes below and it is the most proper behave of course.
