Muffin Builder not working on live site, working on staging site

Hi there, 

Our Muffin Builder has stopped working once we move over our site from the staging site to the live site. It is still working on the staging server however so I am assuming it's because we have 2 copies of the theme and tool in place. 

Can you please let me know how I can resolve this issue?
