  Menu items are being aligned properly of course and the only reason why it does not look good is because you added arrows for main menu items yourself. Menu items always align to the left side and this is right behave of course. So basically, what you ask for us customization and to customize menu items as you wish, you need to use the following custom css:

  @media only screen and (min-width:1240px) {
      #Top_bar .menu li ul {
          left: 50%;
          transform: translateX(-50%);
          -webkit-transform: translateX(-50%);
      }

  I'm confused... adding arrows to menu items is a standard option in the Muffin Builder. Why is it considered customization?

  Really? Could you show us where we got such arrows exactly? Because we really do not remember this option and same arrows.

  That's weird because we did checked above css and it works so you need to put it in the wrong place or have other bugs that stops above css. Anyway, let us know if you need anything else.
