website is RTL automatically and depends on what language version wordpress you have installed. Wordpress recognize if language is RTL or not. So to get RTL website you must install wordpress with default rtl language.
We tried to fix it but as we see css is not loading at all in your case for RTL and we have no idea why it does not work. If you will send us access to your dashboard and FTP on pm then we'll be able to have a look on it closer.
We have checked it already and did it for you. As we see, the problem is with child theme. Wordpress is not able to recognize right rtl file for child theme and that's why rtl.css file must be moved into child theme folder. We did it already for you and all works fine.

i installdet a hebrew wordpress, and then appleyed the child theme of yours, but it's not rtl in the menu...
