    we are sorry but this JS can not be eliminated because many options and theme features would stop to work.

    I am not happy with this answer. Without being able to defer the loading we are taking a major hit in both pagespeed and SEO. Perhaps there is a workaround such as putting required JS inline or fixing the theme so required JS is able to be defered. 

    Please advise
