Action bar on menu

Dear support team,

I set blue color on Action Bar and use CSS:

#Action_bar .contact_details li { color: #ffffff !important; }

#Action_bar .contact_details li a { color: #ffffff !important; }

#Action_bar { font-size: 16px !important; }

for font colors. It works fine, but on mobile action bar is white and letters are white. Please help to set color on mobile Action bar as blue.

but I reversed colors, so at the moment:

on desktop - Action Bar is light gray and text is black

on mobile - Action Bar is blue and text is black

I would like Action Bar to be blue and text to be white on mobiles, desktops, iPads.

Ok, so to make its color same on all kind of devices, you need to use the following css:

#Action_bar { background: #000 !important; }
#Action_bar .contact_details, #Action_bar .contact_details li, #Action_bar .contact_details li a, #Action_bar .contact_details li i { color: #FFF !important; }
