Change the background of website

Hello,
Please any ideea how i can change the background for all the pages?
I try from general - background, but nothing it's change.

Hi,
body and content backgrounds can changed under Theme options > Colors > General section but bear in mind, you need to have CUSTOM skin selected to use custom colors. Otherwise, you need to use custom css, like:
#Content { background: #000 !important; }
