Scrolling Issue when Viewing Site in Mobile Browser

If you view www.2ndchanceinsurance.com via a mobile browser (I have confirmed this using Safari in iOS 8.1.1 on my cell phone and my iPad Air 2 tablet) and scroll down the home page's logo, the page automatically jumps back to the top of the page, but the scrolling bar on the side stays in the same location.

How can I fix this so the scrolling is smooth and doesn't jump back up to the top of the page after you pass the logo?

As we see, you use some custom css. Please remove this css and check if this will help because we did not noticed anything like that on our demo. Did you noticed something similar on our demo website?

The same exact thing happens on your demo site as well (http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/). The layout is a little different there, as you have that huge image header above your logo. But as soon as I pass the beTheme logo, it automatically jumps to the top of the logo again, but the scrolling bar stays in the same exact location. So it's definitely not an issue associated with my custom CSS.

But we tested it already on mobile browser and we did not noticed anything like that. Please record video of how this looks like on your side and we'll try to have a look on it closer.

You are not alone to see this flicker effect Mattdim805. Maybe the Muffin-guys need need new glasses?

Open one of your demos with Mozilla, Chrome or Safari on a PC. Just tested http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/language/ and of course you must resize the browser windows so that it goes into mobile mode. Scroll down aprox 1 - 2 cm on the scrollbar and the top of the page jumps or flickers. Same accours with the default theme in STACK-mode when windows is zoomed (http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/home?mfn-h=stack,left).

However thanks for explanation @media-wolf because your details description was enough to notice what you guys exactly mean. And all you need to do is update your themes because this has been fixed few updates ago

But we did not updated our demos still because we spend all time on fixes and features you need.
