Pictures jumping around

Hello,

I've an issue (I am not sure if it is WooCommerce or BeTheme, so I chose the theme in category - I'm sorry if this is wrong). First of all thanks for your amazing service and help always. Here's the issue.

Try to take a look at: https://www.daniabikes.com/produkt-kategori/cykler/elcykler/ - all my pictures are jumping around. I've set it to regenerate all pictures to 500x500, but it still seems to make it uneven. How do we make it like http://www.webike.dk/cykler-stel.html or any of all the other stores, where all the pictures are next to each other?

Edit: It by the way does not seem to happen on other pages? See for instance https://www.daniabikes.com/produkt-kategori/cykler/racercykler/.

Hi,

after changing images sizes, you need to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ plugin.

The quick response is much appreciated. We have run it through the Force Regenerate Thumbnail plugin, but it doesn't seem to fix the issues of pictures jumping around like on the site I sent.

So if above solution didn't helped, we suggest to take a look directly on your images because each image is different. Some of them has a padding around and some not. Just check these 2 images below:

Hello,

Thank you so much for trying to help. But is there any way we can fix it and force it? We cannot control the images. We have several thousand products and many of these images only are available like this. But other stores have the same images and theirs somehow fixes it? There must be some sort of way to just force them to be on the same line even if it looks a little lower quality or cuts them off or something.

We'd LOVE any help we could get. Really so much. We cannot get other pictures since these are the ones available. But so many sites have the same pictures without issue like webike.dk bikesport.dk and so.

We will listen with care and try anything you suggest.. We'd appreciate it so much.

Is our settings bugged somewhere? We set size 500x500 in display products in WooCommerce, but I didn't change anywhere else. Is there maybe an option in betheme or in settings that I am missing? Or a code? Or a program? Or anything.

Their one picture is further down but it's still aligned and fixed.

We would do anything to fix it thanks so much!!!!

The big problem seems to be the text and prices are affected by the image location. It is not the image it self that seems to be the big problem (like in the link some images are different zoom but it doesnt affect th page view)

Sorry but we don't understand. Do you ask for a possibility for something like 'artificial intelligence' that is able to recognize if the images has background around or not and then crop them to necessary sizes? Because if that's what you ask, we definitely do not have anything like this included into theme and also don't have any workaround to do this. If you want images to be same sizes, each image need to be sticky to the edges and do not contain any backgrounds around.

BTW The link you sent above is not a good example because they use same sizes of images what you can see by opening the links below:

Hello,

There is no need to be upset or anything else. We weren't trying to be disrespectful? We're simply trying to continue to grow our site, which has resulted in so many customers for BeTheme. We've referred at least 10 people to you guys. I apologize if I came off rude? I wasn't trying to at all. We absolutely love BeTheme.

These two images are from the site I sent, and they seem to be two different sizes? Yet in the display it doesn't cause any issues to the site. I also know this is the case with a lot of our partners, because in the bike business there's thousands of different producers and they don't provide pictures in the same sizes unfortunately.

What would you say is the best thing we can do to overcome the problem? We're just looking for a solution. I understand there is no perfect fix. But is there a way to just have the picture zoom and try to fix it or crop them or something where the pictures will be on the same line?

You must misunderstood us because we are not upset and we just call a spade a spade. However, as we wrote above, we do not have any solution or even workaround to make it possible unfortunately.
