Nothing changes after uploading files to FTP (it worked 2 months ago)
I wrote to wordpress.org support with my problem, but they send me to you.
I have tried to change css file (BeTheme > responsive.css) on my website (http://simplycreative.pl/zainspiruj-sie/) via FTP.
I did the same few months ago and had no problems. But now nothing changes (checked on 3 computers).
I cleaned cache. I’ve even tried to delete whole css or some WP files from FTP to see if website will crash, but nothing happens – site works as always.
I also noticed that I don’t have media files uploaded this year on FTP. Last are uploaded in november (and that was when I’ve made any css changes). For example: http://simplycreative.pl/zainspiruj-sie/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/IMG_2329b-1.png
This image is in WP media library, but not in FTP (there is no 2017 folder at all).
I guess WP URL in general options is correct (I never changed location) and I don’t think WP files could be anywhere else.

if nothing changes after uploading to FTP, you should contact with your admin or web developer because we really do not understand what does it have to do with the theme. What you have wrote, clearly explain the problem is on hosting side.
