Website is not viewable on mobile

works great on desktop but when I look at it on mobile, the content does not show. Same thing when I shrink the desktop browser size window.

Version 16.4

WP 4.7.1, PHP 7.0

Last thing I did was update theme.

Hi,

please disable all 3rd party plugins (including cache) and then check because as we can see, you have extra code that does not come with the theme.

I disabled all plugins except ContactForm7, Slider Revolution and VC, still the same problem. Even disabling those 3 did not solve the problem.

So if you disabled all extra plugins may we know why everything i still cached? We do not include any cache stuff.

Because I enabled them again, since there was no difference when they were disabled. I can disable them again if you need me to

We are sure that cache is not being cleared just after you disabled it. We suggest to disable plugins for longer so we can check.

Plugins are disabled as of now, except Contact7, Slider Rev and Visual Composer

In the "Responsive -> General" section of the theme config, "Responsive" was set to on.
