So the main problem with your installation is that you did not read the documentation and you are trying to install wrong file. So please take a look at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation where we explained how proper installation process looks like.
i am getting the same message, the file i used is the "installable wordpress file only" which is 25.9 MB afer a long install i keep getting the same message as described in this ticket...help this is the file that shows up when you click on it :C:\Users\sign\Downloads\themeforest-7758048-betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme.zip\betheme . it doesnt just stay at betheme.zip?
@signmakers If you install betheme.zip file an and get the message like "Are you sure you want to do this?", it means that you can not install theme thru the WP default importer because of the limits on server side. It’s probably because of upload_max_filesize. There is few ways to install your theme then:
- You need to contact with your admin and ask him to increase those limits for you so you can install theme via default importer - You can install betheme-no-plugins.zip file instead which is much lighter because does not contain plugins - You can unzip default betheme.zip file and upload betheme folder with all theme files via FTP into /wp-content/ folder.

what file did you installed and what issues you had during this process? Did you get any error or what?
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.
