Is it possible to assign a hashtag link to a wrap and/or an item, or only to a wrap? On my site, I have placed both my social media links and contact form in the same wrap, so that they can share the same background and it'll look neat. Ideally, I would like to have both #social-media and #contact-us in the menu.
Also, on the above-mentioned site, my #visual-storytelling and #testimonials hashtag links don't seem to work. I have checked carefully where I've put them and all looks correct. What might be the cause of this?
Hashtag links should be assigned to sections and nowhere else. Where did you set the links that does not work? We can not even see the menu on your site so we have no idea where you did it.
Is a 'section' what is referred to in Muffin Builder as 'add wrap'?
I set both the ones that worked AND the ones that didn't in wraps/sections under 'Custom | ID'. Now I look at them again, I realise I'd written #xyz where it was failing; whereas I'd omitted the # where it worked. So I realise now that I'm not meant to use the # sign under Custom | ID. I had misunderstood the instructions.
I want to add one menu item, which will be scroll to the specific section on main page.
I added the custom link to the menu (http://newdesign.vesta-center.com/#aboutus) and gave the specific section name using the hashtag newdesign.vesta-center.com/#aboutus.

all details about setting up one page menu you can find on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#menu (please check Smooth scroll effect and hashtag links for one page websites section, especially new method).
We are glad to know that you realized where you did a mistake.
