Is it possible to design the button? When I make it it's just a link not a button. The pop up works perfectly.

I used your [button title="Få et uforpligtende tilbud" link="#" color="theme" font_color="#fff" large="1"] and the button is perfect. I'd like the popup like that?

This is the code I used:

If you want to make it button and not the link, instead of 0 you need to set 1 for button attribute in above shortcode.

I see this works with flat button only not stroke button. Is there a way to change the color of stroke buttons so they're visible?

Above css should work with every type of button. So if something does not work, send us link to page where you did it.
