Hi - is it possible to add a Hover Effect for an Icon box with a custom Picture showing a certain text in White colour / Arial / Font Size at least 12?

Hi,
hover effect is available for icons only what you can see on
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/boxes-infographics/#iconbox
and not for images.
