Hi guys, I'm having several troubles with my shop.

1) First, Is there any way to import a whole new shop? design, with colors and everything from another DEMO from you? Or buy a new shop? There are a lot of things that need mods, font sizes, box sizes, colors, where do I change all that on woocommerce?

2) How do I change that blue colors that appears on the checkout?

3) Enter http://luxorgas.com.ar/shop/ see "MOSTRANDO 1-12 DE 34 RESULTADOS" up left. Is this very small, and there are some lines on the background, how do I change that both things? font size and background.

4) I cannot se any sub-menu or menu on my shop, I want to have the categories, where do I enable that?

5) Enter here for example: http://luxorgas.com.ar/producto/campana-country-600/ see "SHOW ALL" up right. It's not translating to spanish, I need it in spanish, just as "SHARE, TWEET and PIN" I need that on spanish.

6) I couldn't find ANY way to make images smaller on the main shop, I would like to be 4 rows, and the images smaller. I want to make smaller the "related products" inside each product.

7) Try to buy some product and get to http://luxorgas.com.ar/pago/ , All the form text is very small (not the one the user fills, just the form one). "REGION/PROVINCIA's" box is very small, and from "TU PEDIDO" section to the end is very small too, the font.

I would really appreciate you to answer all my questions, I need to deliver this job as soon as possible, I had to buy more support for this matters, thanks guys!

Hi,

1. No, it is not possible to do this.

2. Which blue color you want to change exactly?

3. To increase its size and remove background, you need to use the following css:

.shop-filters { background-image: url(#) !important; }
.shop-filters .woocommerce-result-count { font-size: 20px !important; }

4. We can see the menu button in the right top corner so not sure what you mean exactly.

5. This is a WooCommerce so you need to look for this text under WooCommerce settings because it has nothing to do with the BeTheme itself.

6. You can change shop layout under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section.

7. To buy something, we must understand what we do so please change your language to English first.

2. When you add a product to the basket, there is a green box on the top saying "your product has been added", and when you proceed to the checkout, there is a light blue box saying "do you have a coupon?" "are you a registered user?". Tha's what I need to change.

4. I mean categories, I need categories. like filters to select different products, like if you want to buy a cellphone, brands samsung, nokia, lg, etc. You know what I mean? I've already set the categories on the backend, but I cannot see them on the frontend.

7. I cannot change the language right now, but it's pretty simple guys, steps:

1) enter here http://luxorgas.com.ar/producto/campana-country-600/

2) hit AÑADIR AL CARRITO -add to basket- black button (and see the green box)

3) hit FINALIZAR COMPRA -finish and pay- (and see the light blue box)

that's it!!

2. Ok, got this box. This is alert info box and you can change it's color with the following css:

.alert_info {
    background: #FFF !important;
    color: #000 !important;
}
.alert_info a { 
    color: #000 !important; 
}
.alert_info .alert_icon {

    color: #000 !important;
}

4. No, not sure. Did you saw such categories on any of our demos?

7. If you can not change the language right now, then we think that above css should change its color as well.

Of course! in your SHOP demo!

To tell you the truth, I love your SHOP theme, see the lateral bars FILTER BY PRICE, SHOPPING CART, PRODUCT CATEGORIES, PRODUCTS, SEARCH PRODUCTS.

I wish to have exactly that theme on my "SHOP" section. Is there any way to import that, or copy that? Maybe copying some PHP?

But this sounds like you are asking for the content inside the sidebar just as we got it on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shop - these are widgets and to set them up, you need to put right widgets onto Plugin | WooCommerce sidebar under Appearance > Widgets section.

To add the content above SHOP page, you need to use default WP editor as it's the only editor accepted by shop page.

Yes, thing is I'm using WC widgets, and the banner doesn't reach the 100% of the width, the widgets column is excluded, and in your SHOP demo it's full covered, and then the shop and the widget bar starts, you know what I mean?

Ok, thanks. But as we can see, it is already full width inside the container and this is how it supposed to look like. But if you meant to make it from edge to edge, then it won't be possible unfortunately.

If you mean those 2 girls with sunglasses in the top, this is slider revolution and we set it up under Page Options section where Slider Revolution drop-down option is.

Guys, something weird is happening, I noticed it long time ago.

It's not scrolling because you use Nice Scroll feature. If you want to search the content, you need to switch to default scroll under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.

Guys, i'm having a little issue...Do the following:

2) on the first product "ANAFE GAMA 1050" hit "AÑADIR AL CARRITO" black button.

3) in that next screen scroll down and hit FINALIZAR COMPRA

4) fill everything and scroll down, select MercadoPago as payment method, and hit "REALIZAR PEDIDO"

5) the sandbox comes up, close that, and take a look of the screen, see the top margin, I need it to be more bigger, and I need the "footer" to be in the right place always, not in the middle of the screen.

Do you get me? sorry for my english

To move the content of this page down, you need to use:

.woocommerce-checkout.woocommerce-order-pay #Content {
    padding-top: 50px !important;
}

But if you have pages with not enough amount of content, you need to activate Stick to bottom if content is too short style under Theme Options > Footer section.

Ok, i've done that! But if you take a look now, you'll notice that there is a weird "slide" thing happening there, just like if the content is too long for that page. It has anything to do with the "stick to bottom if content is too short"?

Another thing, how do I modify that checkout page? And..can I make text bigger?!

Please show us on the screenshot what "weird slide" you mean exactly. But if you want to modify checkout page, you need to customize necessary WooCommerce files located under /woocommerce/ folder.

Hi guys!

A) To see the weird slide you have to follow this steps:

1) enter here http://luxorgas.com.ar/shop/

2) on the first product "ANAFE GAMA 1050" hit "AÑADIR AL CARRITO" black button.

3) in that next screen scroll down and hit FINALIZAR COMPRA

4) fill everything and scroll down, select MercadoPago as payment method, and hit "REALIZAR PEDIDO"

Then a pop up will come up, and in the back there is a resume of the order, place the mouse outside the pop up, near the order resume, and use your mouse wheel, and see how it slides up and down, I need to remove that!.

I need to do this on my shop, the image should fill all the screen, and then the shop starts. Just as in your SHOP demo. (see the pic, I need "B")

C) Enter here: http://luxorgas.com.ar/cocina-garden-rouge-550/

Scroll down to the image gallery, and see that there are 5 images + 1 "image+video", and 1 video. How can I do for the video to be the same size than the images?! I can't find a way, so I created an "image" linked to a video to solve this, but I don't like how it is.

A) We did it and all we noticed in the back-end is just and order summarizing and nothing else. However, this couldn't be removed as it's a part of WooCommerce checkout page.

This could be possible only with Slider Revolution, just like we did it on our demo site http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shop

C) Videos always resize to its proper width/height size and you can not change it's size just like that, sorry. You are simply asking for video distortion.
