Custom JS in Muffin Builder
For my E-mail marketing software(Exit Popup) I must add the following script to my website's body:
<script src="#.js"></script>
I want to add this in correct JS custom code the Theme Options with the provided: jQuery(function($){ ... });
This should work right? (or do I have to put the script in the editor?)
My Java knowledge is 1/10.
Help me out?

there is too many factors that may has an impact on it and we can not tell you if this would work or not. You can try of course but if this won't work, you need to contact with your web developer because it might be necessary to modify theme files.
