Linkedin Share is not fetching the thumbnail image while sharing?

Hi All

when I go to share an article in homepage on linkedin the image is not loaded

eg this post: www.bussolacontrollodigestione.it/analisi-enogastronomico-finanziaria-i-numeri-su-cui-puntare-per-la-crescita-e-loccupazione/

but if I share a post of website demo image is detected:

http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/tourist/vivamus-malesuada-fames-ac/

someone can tell me why? What is missing in my website/post?

any help appreciated. Thanks.

Hey,

there is 2 reasons why featured image is not being taken into account while sharing:

1. Or you did not enabled Schema Type option under Theme options > SEO section.
2. Or you need to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-facebook-open-graph-protocol/ to set proper images.

The schema.org function has been activated, but I have the same problem and also if I install facebook open graph...

any other idea please ?

You need to wait after you did above because LinkedIn in caching content just like Facebook or Google+. So please wait for a while and then try again.

I always have the same problem even after two weeks, please, someone can explain why on your demo site the images is detected, but the images on my site no?

So if this still did not work, then we really have no idea what might be the reason because we did not found anything wrong in the code. I always have the same problem even after 3 months.

But it is possible that this problem is only for me?
