How to remove subheader from "event" pages

I know how to use the option to remove the subheader on posts/pages. However, on /event pages, as you can see here: https://www.lpmn.org/event/executive-committee-special-meeting-2/?instance_id=1038, the event title shows twice.

How could I via CSS remove the subheader just for those /event pages? Is that possible?

to remove subheader from such kind of pages, please use:

.single-ai1ec_event #Subheader { display: none !important; }

Similarly, is there a way to remove the subheader and featured image on just "posts". I know there is the manual way to do post-by-post, but if there is a way to always hide those, then that would save a lot of time from going back into old blog posts and also make it dummy proof for my blog users.

Lastly, there seems to be too much of a gap between the title and the social icons here: https://www.lpmn.org/voters-guide-to-endorsed-candidates-2016/. Any way to tighten that up?
