I'm trying to create an RSS-based email marketing campaign but there doesn't seem to be an image option in the RSS feed. This should be taken from featured image and featured image is selected. Is there any reason for it not to be in the feed?
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason then. Please don’t forget to let us know what for the access is.
Apparently, for featured image to appear in RSS feed, some php code needs to be added to the functions file. However, when I tried that I got errors saying it has unexpected ':'. Do you know where I can place the code or if the code needs to be modified?
Please send us the access we requested for above so we can switch to default WP theme and compare with BeTheme layout to make sure it's something on theme side.
Yes, we have and we can not provide a link because it's our test environment. And like we said, until you will not send us all necessary details, we will not be able to have a look on it.
