Add Zoom Box effect to Trailer Box

Is it possible add zoom effect in trailor box? If yes, how?

And is there any way to make the text always visible using the Zoom box?

Today it only appears with mouse hover.

Text is a part of description so it is possible to display whole description using the following css:

.zoom_box .desc { opacity: 1 !important; }
