sections very close

Hello, there is a space between two sections that I can not remove. How do I make the sections close? See the images below.

If you look at
http://pasteboard.co/wjlLYgJ7y.png
you will see why those sections are not sticky. You simply set padding for one of these columns.

Ok,
I cleared the bottom padding but the sessions remain non sticky...
I have the same problem here:
