When i checked all my sites in internet explorer, website looks something different. menu not working, images not the size we have given..Let me know why?
Hmm, that's interesting but we didn't noticed anything wrong in code. So please send us WordPress dashboard access to 3-4 example sites privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason because this is very weird. Please don’t forget to let us know what for the access is.
Just updated Be Theme and Internet Explorer 11 isn't displaying right but it works fine in Chrome using the same workstation. I thought it may have to do with screen resolution which my client has set to 1680x1050 Website: www.scihp.org See screenshot below
@SCIHP144 Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course). Please also make sure that all files were copied correctly.
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.
4. Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them all. Anticipating your question, yes, those errors are not associated with theme and were made by you or one of your extra plugins.
