I’m trying to import demo data but it show error.
WordPress function wp_remote_get() test failed. Looks like your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Contact your hosting provider.
Error: cURL error 56: Failure when receiving data from the peer

    We did checked your details and the demo was imported successfully. We have tested new import method and looks like it works fine on servers that does not support WP's wp_remote_get() function. This import method would be added soon with completely new importer.

    Hi, i dont understand your answer ? are you saying our server dasnt suport WP? we have published 300 websites in there and all are WP. It is Heart internet which support WP and problem is there and cant install template. if you are not ablle to explain or help than i would like to receive a refund becouse your theme is not compatable :(

    Yes, this is what we are saying exactly. Your hosting has problems with wp_remote_get() function which is a WP function. This morning we tested the new import solution that does not use this WP function and looks like it works in your case and that's why we were able to do this import. This new import method would be added into live version soon but need more tests.

    We do not deny other theme but maybe those other themes were using different import way and never had so many demos included as we got. We are just saying that your hosting is incompatible with one of the default WP functions. And of course, if you do not understand it, you can always send us refund request and we would be more than happy to give you the money back as we don't want to force anyone to use BeTheme. But before you will do this, please remove theme from your site.
