customize snapshot

Hi,

I am currently struggling with the snapshot theme using xampp. For instance the page "about" How can I change the Images first image? I tried to remove the example image in the media, than the area where that image was shows blank. Afterwards I uploaded an Image in "featured image". But the changes doesn't get reflected. Please help
