Sub Menu Problems

On The Site Alchemy.semremedy.com

I am having a problem getting the sub menu items under the experience and Information tabs to appear how i want. Currently the sub menu displays way below and unconnected to the menu with a gray background. I would like the Sub menu background to be clear and i'd also like the submenu text to appear directly under the menu without the current gap. Please help. Thanks guys!

On the Same Site, Is there a way to have the boxed content move over the background image without the background image moving? how it is now the background image is centered and set to cover, yet it doesn't due to size. If i could get the sides to stay in place while the boxed content moves that would fix my issue
