How make top level menu item not have link, but have sub-menus that are linked?
This might by a simple question (I hope):
is it possible to make top level menu item not have link, but only have sub-menus that are linked?
For instance: on http://www.sitedevelopment.be :
is it possible to make 'Samen sterk in…' not having a link, but only showing its submenus (which do have a link to their page)?

yes, it is possible. You need to use Custom Links and instead of links, just use #.
