Hello i have same problems with the videos:

1- When i use the Video Player and pas over there, the scroll stop working.

2- When i use the video like background in movile doesn't work. Then if i disable the row in movile, the space continu there. You can see that here: http://mercadochubut.gob.ar/inicio/

Hi,

the link you sent above, does not work. The site keeps loading forever and nothing happens. However, if you have a problem with scroll, please switch to default scroll under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.

Thanks for your answer.

The other problem is that, the background video i dont see in telephone or ipad. So i disable the row. But the space that i put for the backgroun video, still there in telephones or ipad.

Ok, we can see now what you mean, but please do something with your site so we can load it and have a look on it because to check what might be the reason, we need to have a look into code. Just ask your provider or dev why site does not probably load in specific countries.

We are located in different countries: mainly UK and Poland.

We are sorry but we do not have static IP. Our IP is dynamic and changes every 5-15 minutes.

I'm sorry but we cannot do this. You have to contact your hosting provider to cancel those restrictions.
