How do I change the background of an active menu link?

I want it so that when someone clicks on a page, they can see which page they are in the menu because the background is a different colour (for example light blue).

How do I do this?

Hi,

to do this, you need to select one of available menu styles under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section.

Thanks. Unfortunately this only changes how the menu looks when I hover over an item.

How do I change it so the page that is currently open can be identified in the menu.

For example, if I am on the Home page, in the menu the Text Home is highlighted somehow?

First go to BeTheme Options > Menu&Action Bar > Menu and under style select the highlight option

Then go to :

BeTheme Options > Colors > Menu

There you can find settings wich control the colors of an active link
