Muffin options not loading when i enable slider revolution

Hi,

Hope you be doing good. I have installed beTheme and Call Center theme on wordpress installation which is network enabled, means i can run multiple sites under one installation of wordpress.

Muffin Options show nothing when i open, so i searched through all your posts, increased memory and now my WP Memory Limit is 256 MB, showing under Appearance > System Status.

Nothing work, it only works when i disable slider revolution. Any solution Please.

A quick reply is highly appreciated.

Hi,

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related with those limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hi,

Thanks for the information. I can see that your PHP version is 5.3. You must update it to 5.6 for WordPress to work correctly. Also, you have to disable the Suhosin script.

but wordpress is working fine and even muffin options work perfectly when slider revolution is disabled.

are you sure updating php and disabling Suhosin plugin will solve this?
