Duplicate Demo content (menu items, content, etc)

How do I get rid of duplicate demo content? I tried to test out different demos and it is uploading several of the same menus as I install the demo. Is there a way to switch from demo to demo without duplicating the elements and menus? I can not attach a screenshot, but what is showing up is all of the menu items but multiple times. Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi, 

    We are sorry to hear that you imported several different demos and now has all this mess. Please notice that only one pre-built website should be imported for one WordPress installation. Each demo has own settings/options and if you want to import another demo on same WordPress installation, you need to remove whole data first, using Wordpress Reset plugin. However, please remember, this plugin removes all data, like: pages, posts, settings, etc. Your Wordpress we will as it was after it's first installation. Also, if you are planning to import different demos, please create an extra/additional WordPress installation (ex. under sub-domain or sub-folder) for each demo. This is the easiest and fastest way to learn, how things were done on different pre-built websites. You can also use Import/Export button which is in the right bottom corner of Muffin Builder so you can export necessary page code and import it into another page.

    I understand... It is not very convenient or user-friendly to have to set up a separate sub-domain to test out different demos... I tried the reset and I received an error. See below and please advise:
