Error when uploading BeTheme .zip file to wordpress
When trying uploading BeTheme zip file to Wordpress I get an error message:
This site is not available
'The connection was reset.
Try this:
Check your connection
Check the proxy server and firewall
Run Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET'
I've uploaded other items to wordpress, and that's working fine. I'm using Wordpress multisite, and do the upload through Network Admin.

it makes no sense to compare BeTheme with "other items" that probably does not have 10% of BeTheme options and possibilities. To be honest, we did never met with similar issue (yes, you are the only one) but we think it might be related with upload file size limit on your hosting. But first, please make sure you did all installation steps the same was as it was explained in the doc http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation (it is important to install just installable WP files only and not the whole package).
But if this won't help, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider.
I'm having the same issues, using Strato as a host. I've tried everything recommended and I'm running out of options. Have you found a solution yet?
