How to solve 'serve scales images' problem?

When I use https://gtmetrix.com to test my website, it show me 'serve scales images' how to solve this?
By the way, I test your theme on this website.it show some questions. my website also have these problem.

Pls help me solve it.

    On our splash page we need higher quality images for higher quality displays ( retina ), but you can reduce your images using a website like tinypng.com

    I know this way to reduce images. all my images uploading in this way.

    Do your theme have a way to resize the image?
    For i.e I upload a image 960x650 as original, insert this into a image show case 287x194, the gtmetrix.com remind me to resize this photo in html or css, dose your theme have this fucntion to automatic resize from 960x650 to 287x194 suti goal image size? image

    Go to betheme options>blog, portfolio&shop> featured image and there set the desired height or width of the image.
