Full screen section still scrolls..?

Hi,

When I choose fullscreen section with cover background image (1920x1200px), and I use sticky footer, the footer first shows up at the bottom of the page then when page completes loading, the footer goes down and the page becomes scrollable.

How can I use fullscreen section with no scrolling on every page? (of course with content fitting in every page..)

I thinks its being effected by header and footer.. Is there any way of using the fullscreen background section like as in Revolution Slider? (with its parameters increase/decrease fullscreen height..)
