Breadcrump navigation shows 2 different sites

Hello guy's,

i have a question regarding the breadcrump navigation.
We do understand why this problem appears, but we do not know if and how we can solve it:

One part of the site structure is: Home - Erleben - Essen & Trinken - Kulinarische Leckerbissen - Post (e.g."Altenburger Senf").

We have placed a teaser on our Home-Site which is linked to the landing page "Kulinarische Leckerbissen" (which is a "site" in our wordpress, not a post!).
After landing on this page the breadcrump shows the parent sites. (as described above). The landing page "Kulinarische Leckerbissen" automatically lists all posts which are linked to the category "Kulinarische Leckerbissen" as teaser (Be|Theme Shortcode "Blog").

We use the teaser to go to the post-pages, for example "Altenburger Senf".
The subheader of the post also displays a breadcrump (Home - Erleben - Essen & Trinken - Kulinarische Leckerbissen - Altenburger Senf).
BUT: This breadcrump seems to show the categories, not the sites. If we follow the link inside the breadcrump back to "Kulinarische Leckerbissen" we do not reach our site "Kulinarische Leckerbissen". We do reach an autogenerated archive for "Kulinarische Leckerbissen". But we want to lead back to the site "Kulinarische Leckerbissen". Do you know how we can manage this?

Thank you for your answer in advance.
Kind regards, Marcel Peters
