Full lenght web adress problem with SSL

Hello,

I want to get SSL certificate for my website. The problem is: when I get SSL, all adresses should start with https:// protocol. However the BeTheme automatically adds full lenght web adress such as 'http://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/...' to images, .js files, .css files. I'm also experiencing the same problem when I'm transfering my website to another domain name.

I don't want BeTheme to add full lenght adress, I only need /wp-content/... address style. How can I solve this problem.

Thank you.

Berk

  • I have this problem before.
I figured out that is because I've done the website BEFORE I applied SSL,
so some of the link of IMAGE still remain the old http and not https in front,
I think (can't remember) I either changed the link of the image in webpage design (from http to https),
or I re uploaded those old images again and get the HTTPS link of the images.
After you change all http thing to https,
you will get a SECURE green SSL things infront of your domain.
    Hope this will help.
