Call to undefined method WC_Product_Simple::get_gallery_image_ids() in /var/www/html/cctheatre.org/wp-content/themes/betheme/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php on line 25

Reverting to last version (17.0) of BeTheme fixes it.

I just looked up the change-log of BeTheme...

So DELETE the entire theme folder contents and re-upload the theme files?

Just replace with new files, you dont need to delete.

We always advise to make a backup.
