Is It Possible - Full Site & Separate Landing Pages

Anyone know if it's possible to create separate landing pages with BE themes as well as have a current full site running at the same time?
So landing pages separate to main site, can the one page content be loaded into them also?

My current site runs fine,
but when I go to add separate landing pages the woo cart icon/button shows up and id like to be able to either hide the nav altogether, or have a nav set up specific to the landing page only.
I can't find help files relating to these issues.
