BeTheme.zip Installation
Just purchased theme. Whenever I try to install the BeTheme.zip, I get a Wordpress Failure error. Even why I try to manually copy the contents of the extracted BeTheme.zip file to the wp-content/themes/ BeThemes subfolder - the theme will not activate and it does not have a thumbnail to implicate that it is loading correctly. HELP!

Yes, I have followed this guide carefully. These are all my findings.
I have unpacked the entire package after downloading. I go to my site, and go to Upload Themes, Install Theme by browsing to betheme.zip (have tried both the betheme.zip and the betheme-no-plugins.zip) and both produce the same results which are: "Please Try Again" during the upload theme process. I can keep trying forever but the theme NEVER loads.
* If I RDP into the server and unpack the BeTheme.zip to the wp-content/themes/BeTheme subfolder ON THE SERVER, then when I go to my site I see the betheme "name" but NO Thumbnail appears and if I try to activate or preview it then I ONLY see blank page. Interestingly, if I click on "Theme Details" then it states "betheme version: "(blank) and "By Anonymous" with No Thumbnail/Photo to represent the theme.
I can install any other theme without issue but not the BeTheme.
Please provide additional support.
