Upload fail the betheme.zip

I just downloaded the installation zip folder from themeforest. I tried to upload the betheme.zip file to our company azure wordpress. It fail. 

Once I select the zip file and click install now, the Failure notice page is prompted and saying 'Are you sure you want to do this?', there is a link below 'Please try again.'.

I don't know how to continue. Please help.
