Featured Image Cropped

Hi!

I'm not sure if this is a theme problem or a wordpress problem but maybe you can help me.

On our blog posts some images appear complete while others are being cropped. We're not sure why it happens since if you scroll over the blog image it'll show the rest of the cropped image when it 'jumps'.

Please see this example: http://troop.pt/2017/02/23/arte-finalista-fm-porto/

When you hover over the omdesign logo it jumps and shows the rest of the image that's cropped.
We're also having trouble resizing the images we upload, for some reason it won't update when we post it.

Thanks!
