Betheme options not loading

Hi, I've been using betheme for a few months and I love it

but since 2 or 3 weeks I've started experiencing an issue when trying to access to the Customization > Betheme Options.Some times I can see the Betheme Options Frame, but the content is not loaded, and sometimes The screen just keeps blank and doesn't load at all (without giving any error). I've a few different websites with different hostings, my issue is not with one particular hosting/web. Do you have any clue about what can be triggering this issue?

Hi,

We recommend contacting your server admin because variables like upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time, post_max_size, memory_limit should be definitely increased.

What values do you recommend us to set? Some hostings have limits for each plan regarding this variables. Thanks

It's usually the momory limit. You should have it set for 120mb at least

I have set,
upload_max_filesize: 64mb
max_execution_time: 300sec
post_max_size:16mb
memory_limit:256mb

and still have the same problem, frame load, but content options are not displayed. See attached image.

Please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to those limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
