I'm overwhelmed by the number of options in this theme. What would be the best approach to have 2 images side by side in a post, with their captions below each?

That link isn't very helpful. Do you have a demo that shows what each builder item looks like on the front end?

I do not understand, there is a menu at the top of the page. Did you use it?
