Ajax Error in Revolution Slider

Hi,

I uploaded a demo for revolution slider and it kinda got stuck for a long time. I refreshed the page after a while and the demo slider was here indeed.

However when trying to modify it, delete it, or upload another one, I goet always the same notification: AJAX ERROR

I read everything that can be read on the subject and tried different things that didn't work (including de/re-activating all the plugins for possible conflict, reintalling revslider from FTP, changing the global settings...)

I don't know what to do anymore.

Any idea?

I have the same problem and have tried all the possible solutions for this too. I see the latest Rev Slider version hasn't been included in the latest update of BeTheme. This is the only solution left to try to fix the issue.

Any idea when this will be released, MuffinGroup?

@ThemeForestFitmanager It's always related with extra plugins or incomplete plugin files. So the first thing you need to do is disable all other plugins to check if one of them is not the culprit. If not, you need to remove plugin files via FTP and the same way, upload plugin files directly from package to be sure that all files were transferred properly.

Hi there, I have the same error on my end for my Rev slider. I tried to shut my other plugins and then reinstalling it but I cant seen to even create a slider and all I get is Ajax Error.

The current Rev Slider is 5.3.1.5 installed but it shows that now there is a 5.4.1 available. Kindly do assist.

Hi, we are also getting the Ajax Error, but after the Ajax Error there is an parsererror also.
We
have unistalled Rev SLider and installed again, didn't work. On
wordpress v. 4.7.3, rev slider v.5.4.1 and BeTheme v. 17.2. We have
de-activated all the plugins, still get the error.
I have increased the memory limit on in the wp_confiq file, still get the error.
