How can I change the color of the Page Title font?

I've changed the color of the Page Title font under Sub Header font color, but that did not change the color of the font. I've tried several color settings, but can't find anything that effectively changes the color of the page title font. Can someone please tell me how this can be done?

Can you also tell me how to change the color of the footer? The color I have it set as is not the color that shows up. Seems like this should be a simple fix, not requiring custom css? Not sure why so many of the colors are not customizable on this theme?

Use this custom css

#Subheader .title {
    color: #2991D6;
}

You cannot change the footer color or any color for that matter because you have set the blue skin for your theme.
