Minimum mobile page width

I am looking to set a width where basically the responsive adjustment stops when the page width get to a certain size - it stops getting narrowere - sort of like just having a non-responsive website at that width. Do that make sense? 

I couldn't find a discussion about this. Most seemed to be setting the width to trigger a change in the menu, page layout etc. If there is please delete and redirect me to that.

    Hi,
    But if the size does not change after some point the website will not fit the screen thus be not responsive. We do not have any options for that.
    We could try to help you but you would have to send us a link to your page and tell us on what width you want the content to stop being responsivee.

    I think I have it sort of worked out how I want now - I wanted the action bar to fit in the width of mobile view without stacking. 

    What I had seen before with a different theme was that in mobile view, it was exactly the width of the web view, but that was with a fixed web page width. In mobile it was just scaled to to the width of the phone, not dynamic I guess. 

    I was just wondering if that was possible at a certain width when the view got so narrow everything just started stacking up.
